Offered here is the rare Boye's Patent multi-face adjustable putter/chipper. James Boye received a U.S. patent in 1922. There are few known examples in good condition. According to The Clubmaker's Art by Jeff Ellis, the "metal used to construct these hollow heads was not very durable. Cracks are often found on the sole and up into either face. Because Boye clubs are scarce, those with minor clubhead cracks are duly accepted."

Well, the offered example of Boye's Patent club contains no such cracks, and is in very good condition. The end of the grip contains a vintage stroke counter. 33 3/4".
