Lot Description  

Offered here is Tiger Woods' personal custom Nike V Forged 60 degree wedge. This wedge was custom made for Tiger Woods in 2014 at Nike's famed The Oven. The clubhead is stamped "TW" and "60". The hosel of Tiger's wedge contains a custom serial number including "TW" as well as "3.14" that let's us know that this club was made for Tiger Woods in March 2014 - just weeks before the 2014 Masters Tournament. The full serial number on the hosel is 27.TW.001072.3.14-2.

Even better, after some internet sleuthing, we located an apparent photo match that shows the first 7 digits of the serial number (27.TW.001) on the hosel from a GolfWRX image.

With the rise in golf memorabilia prices, and after our record shattering $5.15 million sale of the Tiger Slam irons, investment-minded collectors would be wise to pay attention to tournament-used items from Tiger Woods.
