Scarce 1985 U.S. Open Golf Flag

         Now this was something we had to see to believe. It has been widely believed that souvenir pin flags were first produced for the U.S. Open at the 1986 Open. But then we heard about this flag - a souvenir 1st hole flag from the 1985 U.S. Open from Oakland Hills. We don't know anything about this flag - other than the fact that we've sold 5000+ flags in our history and have never even seen this example before. It may have been sold in the merchandise tent as a souvenir flag, or quite possibly was produced in very limited numbers for U.S. Open or Oakland Hills VIPs. Either way, we do know that it is exceedingly rare and represents an opportunity to obtain the only 1985 U.S. Open flag that we've ever seen.
