Scott Simpson Signed 1987 U.S. Open Flag

         Well over a decade before PGA Tournaments regularly sold golf flags at each event, this flag was produced for the 1987 U.S. Open. We believe that this was only the 2nd time a Major Championship sold an official souvenir flag. This is an exceptional example of the rare 1987 U.S. Open flag, which has been signed by that year's Champion, Scott Simpson. This is surely one of the rarest single-signed Major Championship flags in existence.
