        Until we learned about this consignment, this is a piece that we didn't even know existed. Offered here - for possibly the first time ever - is an original program/booklet from the 1933 Open Championship at St. Andrews. We don't know exactly what this piece is - as it appears to be far more impressive than the boring, early Open Championship Programs. Whoever, or whatever, produced this booklet spared no expense, as it is extremely impressive for something produced in 1933.

        This striking booklet is one of the only known pieces of memorabilia from Denny Shute's victory at the 1933 Open Championship at St. Andrews. Everything about this 62 page book is exceptional - especially the 1930's St. Andrews advertisements that fill the pages, including for golf clubs from the Auchterlonies and Robert Simpson, as well as ads to play the Old Course at St. Andrews.
