1940's Sam Snead Die Cut

Wilson Countertop Stand-up

In this auction, we are pleased to bring you some of the finest pieces of golf advertisements in the world. This collection was painstakingly assembled by our consignor over the past 20+ years, and many of them represent the finest examples in the hobby.

Offered here is an exceptional circa 1940's die-cut countertop stand-up display of Sam Snead. This original Wilson display likely sat next to a cash register at a sporting goods store or department store in the 1940's. Due to their delicate nature, very few original 70+ year old cardboard golf displays have ever survived, and certainly not in this condition. Fortunately for us, our consignor amassed possibly the greatest golf advertising collection in the world.

The condition of this piece is exceptional. The stand-up measures 9" x 12".
