Tommy Armour, Gene Sarazen & Ed Dudley

        In this auction, we have the extreme privilege of offering the personal collection of the late Ed Dudley. In addition to being a 15 time winner on the PGA Tour, Dudley is probably best known for being the 1st Head Pro at Augusta National. Not only was he Head Pro at Augusta, Dudley also competed in every Masters Tournament from 1934 to 1950. Dudley was also the golf coach for Dwight Eisenhower, Bing Crosby and Bob Hope.

        This is an exceptional circa 1930's panoramic group golf photograph featuring Tommy Armour, Horton Smith, Gene Sarazen, Ed Dudley and others.

        Early panoramic photographs are coveted by collectors, and this example is no exceptional. It depicts these great champions in Hawaii for a golf tournament.
