This flag actually flew on the course at the WGC American Express Championship sometime between 1999 and 2006 (when American Express was the sponsor). Of the 7 WGC American Express Championship events that were held, Tiger Woods won a remarkable 5 of them. So while we cannot say for certain which year this flag was used (since it's undated), there is a strong likelihood that this flag was on the pin during one of Tiger's most important PGA Tour victories.
