Lockwood & Brown Putter
Although (Lockwood &Brown, 76 Jermyn St. S.W., London) did not forge its own
clubs, it assembled and marked many heads with “Lockwood & Brown, London” in
block letters and a monogrammed “LB” mark. It sold clubs from the 1910’s through
the early 1930’s.
This unusual “LB”putter has a 7 ½” long square hosel, square shaft and grip, the
grip is a suede leather replacement otherwise the club is original, circa
1920’s, with a triangle shaped dot punch pattern on the putter face in vg
condition.
