        Vintage 1935 photo of Babe Ruth showing his powerful swing - on the golf course for a change! Garnering a gallery that only Bobby Jones could compare with, Ruth shows his impressive form off the tee for the camera. Paper caption on the back of this original wire photo notes that this is the Babe's first ever golf tournament, and he shot an 81 (a great score now, but an even more impressive total in 1935!). Wire photo was issued by Acme and with a full paper caption on the back this photo has a nice image with a single crease on the right side. Photo measures 7x9".
