Advertising Die-Cut Stand-Up
Vintage golf advertising pieces, especially cardboard stand-ups, are coveted
by collectors. Offered here is a high quality examples. This is a 1940s Sam
Snead Granger Pipe Tobacco Advertising Die-Cut Stand-Up. Featuring
"Sam Snead - Ace Golfer", this advertising pieces proclaims "keeps the pipe
bowl cool and the stem clean and the smoker happy." This large piece
measures 32 1/2" x 22 1/2". It is in exceptional condition, and is
shrink-wrapped to foamcore to preserve its high grade condition. While there have been several of the much smaller version of this piece as well as square cardboard signs, this huge full size die-cut is the first we've ever seen.
