Golfing Curios and the Like

Presented here is a rare 1910 1st edition of Golfing Curios and The Like by Harry B. Wood. This legendary book was the first attempt to gather a listing of golf memorabilia, including books, balls, clubs, cups, medals, prizes, etc. in book form. Very few copies were made, and even fewer still exist in good condition.

The offered book, with its dark blue cloth cover and gold gilt lettering, is in Good condition with slight bowing of the cover. This book is listed in Gilchrist's Guide to Golf Collectibles (2004) at $1,500, but has been known to sell for even higher.
