1913 Samuel Ryder  
 Presentation Medal 
Before Samuel Ryder sponsored the Ryder Cup, he made his fortune by becoming the first person to sell garden seeds in “penny packets”. Offered here is a 1913 presentation medal from his company, Ryder & Sons – possibly given given as award to one of his distributors. Hallmarked 1913. 1 1/4" in diameter.
