1930 U.S. Open Member's Badge
(Bobby Jones Grand Slam)

Presented here is one of the rarest tickets in existence - an original badge from Bobby Jones' Grand Slam. Needless to say, original tickets from Bobby Jones' Grand Slam victories in 1930 are virtually unheard of, as very few have ever been found.

But not just any ticket, this is an original Club Member’s badge from an Interlachen member for the 1930 U.S. Open. The 1930 U.S. Open was the 3rd leg of Bobby Jones’ Grand Slam. During the 1930 U.S. Open, Bobby Jones was the only player under par for the tournament – holding off the rest of the Top 10, which included Horton Smith, Harry Cooper, Tommy Armour, Johnny Farrell and Craig Wood.

This member’s badge is in excellent condition, and was once owned and used by a member of the famous Pillsbury family of Minneapolis. We would be surprised if there was a finer example in existence.
