Horton Smith's 1963 PGA Presentation Watch

Offered here is the actual presentation watch that was given to the great Horton Smith in appreciation for being an instructor at the 1963 PGA Business School. Little did anyone know that just a few months later the 55 year old golf legend would pass away. 

This Swiss made 17 jewels Waltham watch is engraved in the back with Horton Smith's name. This watch was passed down through the family of Horton's brother (and sole heir), Ren Smith. This is the first time it has ever been offered for sale.
