Cortebert Pocket Watch

Offered here is a circa 1940s Golf Themed Cortebert pocket watch. The watch has a hand-painted dial, size 16. All original and signed. Case and movement is marked "Cortebert". The golf ball moves every second. It is in excellent condition - runs well and keeps time.  Cortebert, founded in 1790, used to be one of the highest regarded premium watch brands, manufacturing their own movements, supplying movements to other brands such as Rolex, and introducing the jump-hour arrangement.’  This is a rare watch with a great design in excellent condition.
