1918 Red Cross Tournament
Sterling & Enamel Medal
During World War I, regularly scheduled golf tournaments throughout the world were canceled. In the United States, a series of "Red Cross" golf tournaments were held to support the war effort. Offered here is an original sterling silver and enamel red cross medal from a tournament held by the Palm Beach Golf Club. This medal is on a leather strap to be used as a watch fob, and remains in good condition.
