Ben Hogan Signed Lease Agreement
with Mother & Brother

More than just a piece of Ben Hogan history, this is a piece of Hogan family history. There are other signed Hogan documents out there, but we can't think of any better than this! Offered here is a 14 page contract that is signed by not only Ben Hogan, but also his brother Royal and his mother Clara. The mother and her two sons owned a property that they leased to a Ford dealership in Arlington, Texas. Ben Hogan, his brother, and mother all signed the document on the same page - each in a different color pen. Also included with this document is the original note "From the Desk of Ben Hogan" outlining more details about the deal.
