Alex "Sandy" Herd 1895 Handwritten Note

Offered here is a scarce original handwritten note from Alex "Sandy" Herd - winner of the 1902 Open Championship. Herd passed away in 1944, so his autographs are exceedingly rare. This note measures 4 5/8" x 3". It is framed to 15 1/4" x 10 3/4".
