Yep, here is one of those original 40 copies of The Confidential Guide to Golf Courses.

This 1988 1st Edition was crudely made on a home printer (yes, seriously) by Doak and then given to friends. This example was given to golf photographer Larry Petrillo. It contains a signature from Doak, who dated the book "Christmas 1988". This "book" is also hand dated by Doak as number 28 of 40.
