Golf flag collecting was just in its infancy at the 1999 PGA Championship, and the PGA didn't order nearly enough golf flags to satisfy the budding hobby. And that was before a young phenom named Tiger Woods won his 2nd ever Major Championship in dramatic fashion over a Sergio Garcia. Of Tiger Woods' 14 Major Championship victories, this flag is far and away the rarest. It was produced in quantities that are merely a fraction of any other tournament that Tiger won. Seriously, this flag is at least 10x rarer than the coveted 1997 Masters flag, and 100x+ rarer than any other flag from a Tiger Major victory.
