This is an original watercolor painting by Arthur Weaver titled A View from the Second Floor Balcony at the R&A. This original watercolor sketch was made by Arthur Weaver as an illustration for his popular 1995 book, St Andrews and Golf. The "View" can be found on page 187 of Weaver's book. This is without question one of our favorite Weaver paintings, as it captures such a classic, yet also unique, view of the Old Course at St Andrews. The artwork measures 8" x 10", and it is framed to 15 1/2" x 17".
