Lot Description  

Willie Park Sr. Final Watercolor Study
by Arthur Weaver

This is an original watercolor painting of Willie Park, Sr. by famed artist Arthur Weaver. Weaver produced this painting of the 1st Open Champion as a study for an eventual commissioned oil painting, which was also seen in a later series of popular prints. The artwork measures 8 1/2" x 6 1/2", and it is framed to 13 1/2" x 15 1/4".
