Lot Description  

This is an official contestant's badge from the 1928 US Amateur, which was issued to one of the players that competed in the 1928 US Amateur at Brae Burn Country Club. The 1928 US Amateur was won by Bobby Jones. Pieces of memorabilia from Bobby Jones' Major Championship victories are extremely rare, and actual contestant's badges are among the most desirable. This 1928 US Amateur contestant pin is in excellent condition.
