Early Handel golf pieces are very difficult to unearth, and this Handel Jar/Humidor, which was crafted circa 1910s, is certainly no exception. The delicate piece is constructed of milk glass, with a copper lid. It features transfer decorations with backgrounds that are hand-painted and is marked ‘HANDEL’ on the base, which is clearly readable.
There are no chips, cracks or repairs. The rare humidor measures 7” in height and 5” in diameter.
