For collectors of putters, or of Masters Tournament memorabilia, it does not get much better than this. Offered here is the only one of these vintage Masters putters we have ever seen.  Prior to the Masters offering the coveted Commemorative putter which is a huge success and sells out every year, the Masters Tournament experimented with other putter sales.  This putter was made by Walton Golf of Waynesboro, GA. Very little is known about this company and it appears they are no longer in business.  It's very possible that this putter was a prototype for Augusta National Golf Club, and never put into production.  It almost certainly was never sold at the Masters Tournament merchandise tent, as we've never seen it before. The putter is in excellent condition with original headcover.  The head is a molded plastic composite of some sort and has a wonderful Masters metal logo on the back of the head.  This could truly be a one of a kind putter.
