This is an original 1904 letter from JH Taylor on his company letterhead. The letterhead of Cann & Taylor advertised the company as a golf club and ballmaker, and celebrated the Champion Golfer JH Taylor's accomplishments. Most prominently, the letterhead displays Taylors 3 Open Championship gold medals/ Taylor, of course, would go on to win 2 more Open Championships - in 1909 and 1913. But those victories were still years away when this letter was written.

In this typed letter, JH Taylor asks for payment for services rendered. Letter has faded but is still a wonderfully illustrated document picturing his 3 Open Championship medals. Framed to an overall size of 10 1/2" x 12"
