Presented here is one of only two 1800s one-piece putters that we've ever encountered. The first being a somewhat similar one-piece putter from the famous Jeff Ellis collection, which was featured in his famous book, The Clubmaker's Art. Though it's hardly worth noting condition on a possibly-unique item, but the offered putter is in even finer condition than the Ellis example.
This circa late 1800s one-piece putter is by an unknown maker. It has an unusual carved fluted grip. 33 1/2"
