Lot Description  

What an outstanding trophy! This sterling silver mint julep cup was awarded to the medalists at Seminole Golf Club's 1948 Four Ball Competition. The winning team included His Royal Highness, the Duke of Windsor, and Robert Sweeny, who famously finished runner-up to Arnold Palmer at the 1954 US Amateur. 

 

This 3 3/4" tall sterling silver cup contains a raised logo from famed Seminole Golf Club.
