Offered here is a full set of tournament-used irons from the great Seve Ballesteros. Seve enjoys a cult-like amongst collectors and golf fans alike, yet quality pieces of Seve memorabilia are scarce. The presented full set of irons (3-9, PW, SW) was gifted by Seve to his fellow professional golfer (and occasional caddie) Jose Peña - the golf pro at Real Club de golf de Pedreña. Peña most famously won the 1998 Spanish Professional Golf Championship. Peña was a longtime friend of Seve Ballesteros. 

These clubs were gifted by the Peña family to the Asheville (N.C.) Catholic School for its extreme generosity in hosting Spanish exchange students. Proceeds to benefit Asheville Catholic School. 

The clubs are Ballesteros Icon forged irons. The clubs were used by Seve in the 1990s, and the clubfaces show the wear of an expert iron player. The clubs are currently housed in two display cases, though it may be more be more economical for the winning bidder to have us ship the clubs by themselves.
