The 1960 US Open is one of the most famous golf tournaments in history. A young Jack Nicklaus almost became the first amateur to win a Major in decades. But the tournament would belong to crowd favorite Arnold Palmer, who staged the greatest comeback in US Open history by erasing a 7 stroke deficit in the final round.

Offered here is an original press photograph of Arnold Palmer from that epic 1960 US Open duel. The photo measures 8x10" and is in excellent condition.
