Robert Clark was a publisher and well-known golfer of his day. He collected what was known about golf history in 1875, when golf was gaining popularity, and accounted it all in his storied book, Golf, A Royal and Ancient Game. Here we have a rare 1893 2nd Edition. It has just a couple condition issues, with the front hinge cracked and some cover bumps and wear. Gilchrist’s Guide to Golf Collectibles lists this edition at $675.
