Who better to pen a book with commentary on England’s greatest golf links than the legendary back-to-back British Amateur Champion Horace Hutchinson? Hutchinson was a prolific writer and here is a great example, an 1897 First Trade Edition of British Golf Links: A Short Account of the Leading Golf Links of the United Kingdom. The book contains numerous illustrations and portraits and is in overall good condition. Gilchrist’s Guide to Golf Collectibles lists the value at $1,750.
