This desk cigarette holder plugs into an outlet and the brown bakelite thing pops out to become an electric lighter. Holds cigarettes and the top of the ball flips up revealing an ashtray. Measures 7" x 4" x 4 1/4" high. Do not know if it's functional but would need to be rewired.
