Stunning circa 1896-1900 JB Owens Utopian series vase. The Utopian line was the first series released by the celebrated, but short lived, J.B. Owens Pottery Company. This large, and highly impressive vase is signed by the artist "A. Best" for this work, titled "The Address." The base of this piece is stamped "JB Owens" and "Utopian." High grade condition with some typical surface crazing. An extraordinary find for the ceramic collector. 12" tall x 8 1/2" wide x 6 1/2" deep.
