This is an official flag from the 2000 Buick Invitational from Torrey Pines that is autographed by the tournament winner Phil Mickelson. The 2000 Buick Invitational was Mickelson's 14th PGA Tournament victory. The year 2000 was extremely early for souvenir golf flags, as very few events were selling them. The flag collecting boom happened a couple years later, and early flags from PGA tournaments have been coveted ever since.
