This is unquestionably one of the finest golf timepieces that we've ever encountered. This circa 1907 large pocket watch by Edward & Sons Glasgow comes in both its original case, as well as a golf themed frame stand. The sterling silver and frocked frame stand is adorned with a golf image on top and engraved Paisley Golf Club, Stewart Clark Cup, 1908. Paisley Golf Club was formed outside of Glasgow in 1895, and still exists today.
The watch is still in working condition. The watch itself is 2 5/8" in diameter, and the sterling frame is 4 1/2" x 4 1/2". Hallmarked 1907 Birmingham.
