Lot Description  

1922 sterling silver trophy from The Apawamis Club in Rye, NY in Westchester County. The Apawamis Club famously hosted the 1911 US Amateur, and remains a well regarded private club. This nearly 100 year old trophy was for awarded to the Runner Up in its President's Cup golf tournament in 1922. 6 1/2" tall and 4 1/2" from handle to handle. 185 grams of sterling silver.
