An extraordinary collection of 20 tobacco cards and sports cards from the 1920s-50s featuring women golfers. Several of which are of celebrated English amateur golfer Pam Barton, who passed away while serving as an ambulance driver in World War II in 1943 at the age of 26. Though she died extremely young, Barton had already won the British Ladies Amateur twice, and competed in the Curtis Cup twice. Other cards include Joyce Wethered, Gourlay, and others. Several are foreign issues.
