What a great piece of golf history. This 1977 First Day Cover (FDC) from the United States Postal Service is postmarked from Augusta, Georgia upon its release on the first day of the 1977 Masters Tournament. This FDC was then autographed by astronaut Alan Shepard, who added the inscription "Lunar Golfer," as well as President Gerald Ford, Sam Snead, Byron Nelson, and Lee Trevino.
