This is an original ticket from the final round of the 1961 Masters Tournament, which was won by a 25 year old South African named Gary Player. Player became the 1st international Masters Champ and, of course, would go on to be a Masters legend. The final round of the 1961 Masters was one of the most unusual finishes in golf history. The final round was halted before 4pm and all scores were erased, even though 10 golfers had already completed their round and Gary Player and Arnold Palmer had finished 11 and 9 holes, respectively. This ticket has several creases and wear.
