Offered here is a collection of US Open winner autographed scorecards and one First Day Cover (FDC) from the site of each respective winner's US Open victory. Included in this collection are the following autographed items:

1. Gene Sarazen - Skokie Country Club Scorecard (site of 1922 US Open)
2. Tony Jacklin - Hazeltine National CC Scorecard (site of 1970 US Open)
3. Hale Irwin - Winged Foot Scorecard (site of 1974 US Open)
4. Hale Irwin - Inverness Club Scorecard (site of 1979 US Open)
5. Lee Janzen - Baltusrol Scorecard (site of 1993 US Open)
