This is a rare original program from the 2nd World Amateur Golf Team Championship in 1960. This competition took place on the Merion Golf Club, and the teams competed for the Eisenhower trophy. The tournament consisted of 32 teams. The American team, which featured an Amateur named Jack Nicklaus alongside Deane Beman, Robert Gardner, and Bill Hyndman, was victorious. The American Team dominated the competition, and finished 42 strokes better than 2nd place Australia and over 200 strokes better than 3 countries.
A rare program from one of Jack Nicklaus' amateur victories.
