This is a PING Cushin Slazenger-Jack Nicklaus model putter. Slazenger had the Distribution rights in Canada and Europe for PING. Slazenger also had a deal with Nicklaus so that's the reason why both names ended up on this putter. This heel shafted putter is in very good condition.
