We're ready to shout it from the rooftops - certified Type 1 golf photographs are the most under appreciated (and undervalued)  golf collectible. Expect Type 1 photos to form into their own collecting category in the next year or two, with prices soaring as a result.

This an original PSA Type 1 photograph from legendary photographer George Pietzcker of two titans of the game - Bobby Jones and Chick Evans. This photo was taken before their final round match to decide the winner of the 1927 US Amateur at Minikahda Club in MN. At the time of this photograph, Sunday August 28, 1927, Bobby Jones had won 5 Major Championships to Chick Evans' 3. Bobby Jones would go on to dominate Evans that day, winning 8 & 7. Evans would never win another Major, while Bobby Jones was just getting started. 

This photograph was taken by, and printed by, the greatest golf photographer in history, George Pietzcker. The bottom right of this photograph is embossed with Pietzcker's logo. 4 3/4" x 7".
