We found it. Oh boy, we found it!

Tiger Woods does not sign his rookie card. Let us repeat, Tiger does NOT sign his rookie card. Tiger Woods' 2001 Upper Deck rookie card exists in extraordinary quantities - over 34,000 cards have been graded by PSA. Of those 34,480 Tiger Woods Upper Deck rookie cards, how many of those PSA certified as autographed by Tiger Woods?....

Only Two. Yes, 2. 

Well, we found a 3rd example.

Offered here is one of the finest Tiger Woods autographed rookie card #1s in existence. In addition to those two in the PSA Population Report, in 2002 Tiger also signed 18 cards for what's called "buyback" program. That's it. He reportedly never even signed any for his longtime autograph partner Upper Deck Authenticated. 

Unless Tiger changes course and decides to suddenly autograph a bunch of his rookie cards (something he has refused to do for over 2 decades), the offered card will almost certainly become one of the most valuable golf cards in the golf collecting industry. As an example, Christie's recently sold a Michael Jordan autographed rookie card for over $1 million - even though PSA lists 65 autographed examples on the Pop Report.  

The golf collecting industry admittedly lags years behind other sports. We are firm believers that this presents numerous buying opportunities within the golf space, including the offered card.
