In this auction, Golden Age has partnered with Rocco Mediate to present "The Rocco Mediate Collection" of memorabilia and collectibles from throughout his career. Rocco was, and is, a fan favorite on the PGA Tour and PGA Tour Champions. During this long career, Rocco won 6 times on the PGA Tour and 4 times on the Champions Tour. Though already well known in golf circles, he became a household name, endearing himself to fans across the world, during his epic duel with Tiger Woods at the 2008 US Open at Torrey Pines. 

Offered here is Rocco Mediate's "Scott" Cameron handmade long putter. Scotty Cameron handmade this putter for Rocco Mediate in the early 1990s. Rocco famously became the first golfer to win on the PGA Tour with a long putter at the 1991 Doral-Ryder Open. Long putters need heavy heads, so Scotty created a longer than normal head to satisfy Rocco's needs. The hosel enters the head rather close to the center, and the sole of the head is hand-welded. Stamped on the face "Scott Cameron" (indicating a handmade) and R.M. (Rocco Mediate's initials). Stamped "Mizuno" on one bumper. 49".
