Circa 1930 set of MacGregor Chieftain woods. Of all the fancy face woods that were produced, the Chieftain woods reign supreme. MacGregor sold Chieftain woods in only 1927-1929, and they were the most expensive golf clubs that could be purchased at that time. These gorgeous clubs have oval ivory back weights. The clubs are in high grade condition.
