This is a rare original set of tickets from the 1972 US Open, which was famously won by Jack Nicklaus at Pebble Beach. Included here are all 4 tournament rounds, as well as 3 practice round tickets (1 duplicate) and an unnecessary Playoff ticket. Includes the original envelope the tickets came in.
The PSA Pop Report lists only 3 Final Round tickets to Jack Nicklaus' victory at the 1972 US Open, and the one offered in this lot would surely be a contender for the highest ever graded.
