Alastair Johnston famous assembled the greatest golf book collection in history. In 2020, it was announced that the Alastair J. Johnston Golf Library, consisting of nearly 30,000 golf books, was donated to the R&A.
Offered in this lot is a scarce original 1996 book Alastair J. Johnston, Library of Golf 1566-1995. The book is autographed by Alastair Johnston, and is hand numbered #10 of 10, and dated December 1996.
